We are thrilled to announce the release of an updated version of Helpmonks. This new iteration brings a range of enhancements that we believe will significantly improve your user experience.

Key features include an all-new unified user interface tailored for version 2 users, saved searches for better email organization, native Microsoft OAuth integration for seamless authentication, native ToDoIst integration for your email tasks, and cutting-edge AI capabilities designed to make your email management even more efficient.

The Enhanced User Interface

To enhance usability, we've merged the best elements of our legacy view with the modern interface introduced two years ago. This revamped user interface now includes a dynamic sidebar that allows you to swiftly navigate between different sections of your account. Whether you're managing emails or running marketing campaigns, everything is now more accessible, helping you feel more in control of your workflow.

The New Search and Saved Searches Features

One of the standout improvements is the introduction of an easy-to-access search bar positioned prominently at the top of your email dashboard. This feature allows users to quickly locate specific emails without hassle. We've also replaced the custom view with a new feature called "Saved Searches." This lets you save frequently used queries, which will be readily available in your mail navigation. It makes it easier to find the exact messages you need, streamlining your workflow.

The New AI Capabilities

While we've introduced AI options to enhance your experience in our email marketing editor, we have exercised caution regarding AI support for general emails. We fully recognize the critical importance of security and privacy in your communications. Therefore, we want to reassure you that:

- AI features are entirely optional and not mandatory for all users.

- You can disable any AI functionalities at your discretion.

- We do not utilize your messages to train or develop AI models.

- Any engagement with AI is driven solely by your input and actions, with no automatic AI interventions occurring on your messages.

With these assurances in place, we are excited to introduce features that allow you to summarize your emails, both manually and automatically, as well as a "Help me write" option to assist in composing your emails.

Each account comes with a designated quota of tokens to utilize these features. You can also integrate your own API key, enabling you to select the AI provider and model that best fits your messaging needs. You can also input custom instructions to further fine-tune the AI model's behavior.

In addition, if you're interested in a more sophisticated AI-driven email triage system and an email assistant, we highly recommend exploring Mailtwine, another product of ours. Mailtwine seamlessly integrates with Microsoft, Google, IMAP, Fastmail, and Helpmonks accounts. It efficiently triages your emails and drafts responses. It can even send emails on your behalf automatically—provided you adjust the appropriate settings.

We've been using Mailtwine behind the scenes and have found it to be an invaluable resource for improving our daily email management. Currently, Mailtwine is available in Beta and by invitation only. As a valued Helpmonks customer, we are more than happy to establish an account for you. Reply to this email, and we will assist you further (during the Beta, free of charge).

Native Microsoft OAuth integration

A significant number of our users rely on Microsoft 365 accounts in conjunction with Helpmonks. To enhance your experience, we have made dedicated efforts to establish ourselves as an official Microsoft partner. This partnership allows us to seamlessly integrate our tools within the Microsoft cloud infrastructure.

As a result of this collaboration, we are excited to offer our users the ability to authenticate their accounts using native OAuth, streamlining the login process and making you feel more confident in your account security. Additionally, you can now send emails directly from your Microsoft account, simplifying your email management and enhancing your overall experience.

Email task management with ToDoIst

Helpmonks has always provided users with an integrated task manager for handling their emails efficiently. This functionality is still available and remains a core feature of our platform. However, we are excited to announce a new native integration with ToDoIst, a popular task management application.

This integration allows you to seamlessly add emails from Helpmonks directly to your ToDoIst task list. Whether you need to convert an important email into a task, share it with your team, or manage it within your existing project workflows, this feature significantly enhances your productivity.

With the ToDoIst integration, users can easily streamline their email communications and task management into one cohesive system, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks and that collaboration with colleagues is effortless. If you're already using ToDoIst, this new feature is designed to complement your workflow and make task management even more efficient.

One more thing...

In case you missed it, Helpmonks now has native mobile apps for you to try. Helpmonks is available for iOS and Android. Both apps are currently in Beta (but already very stable), so you will need to use the link in Helpmonks to load them.
