Email marketing now has one sender list and one connection form for Microsoft sign-in, Google Workspace OAuth, keyless Google Workspace service-account connections, and Custom SMTP.

• Choose and verify SMTP settings separately for each sender. Failed replacements preserve the working connection.
• Connect Microsoft without entering a tenant ID. Existing provider connections remain available in the same sender list.
• See the effective sending service and saved connection status, with immediate updates that preserve your place and open forms.

Campaigns and sequences keep their selected sender connection and avoid automatic resends when a provider’s response is uncertain. SMTP checks use bounded timeouts and report verification failures clearly.

Fixed an issue where pasting a large image into a narrow editor could permanently shrink it when the draft was saved.

• Images continue to fit the available editor space without saving that temporary display size.
• Sizes set manually or included in copied content are preserved when drafts are saved and reopened.

When a contact cannot be added to a mailing list, connected apps now receive an error instead of a success confirmation. Successful additions and existing memberships continue to work as expected.

Fixed an issue where Helpmonks Desktop did not start when signing in to Linux, even with Start Helpmonks at login enabled.

• Rapid edits save in order. Failed saves preserve your text and pause autosave so you can retry with Save. Conflicts ask for confirmation before replacing the saved version.
• Sending and approval wait until your latest edits are saved.
• Sent-mail sync pauses when a mailbox account is missing and resumes eligible messages after a verified reconnect.
• MCP connections limit repeated attempts with invalid credentials and distinguish authentication errors from temporary service failures.

We fixed an issue where stale or partially initialized SSO sessions could send users to a page belonging to another product after opening the app’s main address.

Helpmonks now uses the deployed product when choosing the post-login destination, keeping signed-in users in their inbox and repairing older stale sessions automatically.

Helpmonks Desktop now opens its tray menu with a normal left click on native Linux and Wayland desktops.

• Use the existing conversation, search, notification, account, update, and quit actions directly from the tray.
• If the desktop tray service becomes unavailable, the main window remains accessible.

Activating the Helpmonks tray icon on Linux or clicking it on Windows now opens its menu. Right-click access remains available.

Conversation actions in All pending now update only the affected row.

• Remaining pending conversations stay visible.
• Closing a conversation returns to the correct folder instead of a stale Drafts view.
• The normal empty state appears when the last conversation leaves.
